Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of BizRescue Kits at www.bizrescuekit.com, related order services at checks.bizrescuekit.com, and Rescue Kit runtimes we install for your business (for example call-rescue.bizrescuekit.com for pilot Call Rescue).
Services are provided by EZ4YouTech.com LLC, a Texas limited liability company, 10530 Helen Dr., Frisco, TX 75035, USA, doing business as BizRescue (“we,” “us”). Parent company terms for the Secure AI Platform are at EZ4YouTech.com Terms of Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to act for your business. By using the site or placing an order, you certify that you meet the age requirement. If you misrepresent your age, liability rests with you.
2. What BizRescue Kits are
BizRescue Kits are licensed installed tools that help local businesses fix specific revenue leaks (missed calls, reviews, open quotes, online visibility). They are not legal, tax, accounting, insurance, or compliance advice. You remain responsible for how you use templates, messages, and reports with your customers.
3. Free checks and calculators
Free checks and calculators provide estimates only, not guarantees of revenue, savings, or results. Figures depend on the inputs you enter and how you run your business. EZ4YouTech.com is not liable for decisions you make based on calculator output.
4. Fix Report ($19)
- One-time portable document format report delivered by email within one business day after payment (or as stated at checkout).
- Report content uses your calculator inputs and intake notes; figures are estimates, not guarantees.
- Kit credit: your full $19 is credited toward any Rescue Kit if you install within 60 days of the report. Use the same email at kit checkout. One credit per report.
- Refunds: contact connect@bizrescuekit.com within 7 days if we have not delivered.
- Card charges appear as EZ4YouTech.com LLC on your statement. Payments are processed by Stripe.
5. Rescue Kits
- Kits are one-time installs with hosting included for year one on most kits, as described on the kit page.
- Single Rescue Kits are $897 each at checkout on the kit page.
- Second Kit Half Off: when you order 2 to 4 kits on one checkout, kit #1 is $897 and each add-on kit on that order is $449. Bundle totals: 2 kits $1,346 · 3 kits $1,795 · 4 kits $2,244. See bundled order page.
- Pricing, renewal, and bundle terms on the site at the time of order control your purchase.
- We configure the kit for your business; you operate it day to day and approve customer-facing content before send.
6. Text messaging and voice (Call Rescue Kit)
Sender: Messages are sent from the local service business’s registered U.S. number; the Call Rescue platform is operated by EZ4YouTech.com LLC d/b/a BizRescue. Recipients: end customers who called the business or texted the business number.
Consent and program: End users opt in via the public SMS Opt-In form (unchecked consent checkbox for BizRescue customer-care texts). See the public Call Rescue SMS Program and CTA evidence for frequency, STOP/HELP, and “message and data rates may apply” disclosures.
SMS and voice features require lawful use, clear opt-out handling (reply STOP), and U.S. carrier registration (A2P 10DLC) before production texting. We guide setup; you remain responsible for compliance with telephone consumer protection and similar rules. EZ4YouTech.com is not liable for fines or claims arising from how you text or call your customers.
7. Acceptable use
You will not use BizRescue Kits to send spam, harass recipients, violate law, or misrepresent your business. You will not attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other customers’ data.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information. By ordering, you agree to the Privacy Policy.
9. No implied warranties
Services are provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EZ4YouTech.com is not liable for implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EZ4YouTech.com’s aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of BizRescue Kits shall not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid us for the Fix Report or kit in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). EZ4YouTech.com is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or lost profits or data.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
12. Agency partners (Path C and Path W)
Agency and referral relationships are described on the public Agency Partners page. Two paths apply; you choose one model per client deal unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- Path C (Commission): Refer partners earn 15% of collected kit or bundle price when they introduce a qualified lead and we handle meet, demo, and close. Full-cycle partners earn an agreed percentage (default 30%, hard cap 35%) when they run marketing through close and we handle install and setup only. Commission is calculated on amounts we actually collect, not on your retail quote to the end customer.
- Path W (Wholesale): You pay fixed wholesale fees ($399 / $599 / $799 SKUs as listed on the agency page), bill your client at your price, and keep the margin. No commission is owed on Path W deals.
- Attribution: Tell us the business name and your agency before checkout. One path per deal; do not combine Path C commission with Path W wholesale on the same shop.
- Payout: Commission payouts are manual on a schedule we confirm with you after payment clears. Refunds or chargebacks may reduce or reverse commission on affected amounts.
- Tax: Partners responsible for their own taxes. We may require W-9 or similar documentation before first payout.
