Privacy Policy
BizRescue Kits at www.bizrescuekit.com is operated by EZ4YouTech.com LLC doing business as BizRescue (“we,” “us”). This Policy describes how we handle information on the BizRescue marketing site, Fix Report orders, and Rescue Kit installs.

1. What we collect
- Free checks: Calculators run in your browser. We do not require an account. With your consent, we may record anonymous analytics events (for example calculator completion).
- Fix Report and kit orders: Name, email, phone, business address, check type, optional notes, and calculator inputs you used on the site.
- Bundle orders (Second Kit Half Off): Same contact fields plus kit count and optional kit mix you select on the bundled order form.
- Agency partners (Path C or Path W): Business name, contact name, email, phone, and any notes you send when you apply on the Agency Partners page or contact form. Commission partners may also provide tax identification (for example W-9) before payout.
- Payments: Card payments are processed by Stripe. We receive payment status and billing email from Stripe; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Rescue Kit installs: Shop profile (name, owner email, owner cell, BizRescue number, website URL, Google review link you paste). Call and text metadata and message content needed to run missed-call text-back, two-way relay, review asks, quote reminders, and owner alerts. Review ratings (1 to 5) and quote rows you type or upload (name, phone, amount, quote date).
- Visibility scans: The public homepage at the website URL you save. We fetch a portion of that page and the site lock (SSL) expiry. We store a 0 to 100 score, pass/fail checks, and problem notes. We do not log into Google or Facebook for you.
- Website logs: Standard web logs (Internet Protocol address, browser type, pages viewed) and optional Google Analytics when you accept cookies.
2. How we use information
We use information to deliver your Fix Report or kit, respond to support questions, send transactional email (order confirmations, payment receipts), operate Rescue Kit features, reduce spam (Cloudflare Turnstile on order forms), and comply with law. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Who processes data for us
We use service providers under contract, which may process data in the United States, including:
- Stripe — payment processing
- SendGrid — transactional email (order confirmations and founder alerts)
- Cloudflare Turnstile — bot protection on order forms
- Google Analytics 4 — optional marketing-site analytics when you accept cookies
- Twilio — voice and text messaging for Rescue Kits (when enabled for your install)
- Railway — hosting for some order intake services, when used
- Microsoft Azure — marketing site and kit runtime (for example Call Rescue at
call-rescue.bizrescuekit.com)
4. Text messaging (Rescue Kits)
Program operator: EZ4YouTech.com LLC d/b/a BizRescue. Sender on the handset: the local service business using the kit. From number: the BizRescue U.S. number assigned to that shop at install (not always the same digits as another shop).
Who we text: (a) customers who called and missed you, or who text that BizRescue number; (b) customers whose mobile you enter or upload so we can ask for a 1 to 5 rating or follow up on an open quote; (c) the shop owner cell on file for kit alerts (for example a missed-call relay copy, a private review, a quote reply, or a site-down or lock warning).
Opt-in: Customers opt in via the public form at https://www.bizrescuekit.com/legal/sms-opt-in/ by entering a mobile number and checking an unchecked consent box for BizRescue customer-care SMS. Frequency: Message frequency varies. Missed-call follow-up is typically one automated text per missed call, plus replies. Review asks are one ask plus a short follow-up after they reply 1 to 5. Quote follow-up is up to three texts (day 1, day 3, day 7) unless you mark the quote hired or passed. Owner alerts are occasional. Message and data rates may apply.
Mobile numbers: We do not sell customer or owner mobile numbers or share them with third parties for their marketing. Numbers are used only to operate the kits for the subscribing business and as described in this Policy.

4A. Website checks (Visibility Rescue)
If you save a website URL on the Online Presence board, our servers fetch that public page and check the site lock (SSL). We store a score and a short pass/fail list. We may text the owner cell on file if a new scan shows the homepage did not load, or the lock is expired or inside about 14 days. We do not post to Google, Facebook, or any listing for you. Monthly post text is for you to copy and paste.
5. Retention
Order records are kept while we fulfill your purchase and for reasonable backup, tax, and support periods. Kit call and text logs, review ratings, quote rows you upload, and website scan scores are kept as needed to operate your install and may be cleared when you end service or when you use in-app clear tools. You may request deletion of order or kit data by emailing connect@bizrescuekit.com, subject to legal and accounting obligations.
6. Security
We use Transport Layer Security encryption in transit, access controls on admin tools, and industry-standard practices for hosted services. No method is perfectly secure; use strong passwords on accounts you control and do not send passwords or payment card numbers in email.
7. Age restriction
Services are prohibited to individuals under 18 years of age. By using BizRescue Kits or placing an order, you certify that you are 18 or older. If you misrepresent your age, liability rests with you.
8. Cookies and analytics
When you use bizrescuekit.com, we may store a small amount of information in your browser.
- Theme preference (essential): If you change light or dark theme, we save that choice in your browser. This does not require analytics consent.
- Analytics cookies (optional): If you click Accept All on our cookie banner, we load Google Analytics 4 on this marketing site only. Google Analytics does not run unless you accept. Click Essential Only to skip analytics.
- Change your choice: Clear site data for
www.bizrescuekit.comin your browser to see the banner again.
We use analytics only to improve BizRescue Kits and measure marketing effectiveness. We do not sell analytics data.
9. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete certain personal information. Contact connect@bizrescuekit.com. California residents: we do not sell personal information as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act.
