BizRescue Kits at www.bizrescuekit.com is operated by EZ4YouTech.com LLC doing business as BizRescue (“we,” “us”). This Policy describes how we handle information on the BizRescue marketing site, Fix Report orders, and Rescue Kit installs.

1. What we collect
- Free checks: Calculators run in your browser. We do not require an account. With your consent, we may record anonymous analytics events (for example calculator completion).
- Fix Report and kit orders: Name, email, phone, business address, check type, optional notes, and calculator inputs you used on the site.
- Bundle orders (Second Kit Half Off): Same contact fields plus kit count and optional kit mix you select on the bundled order form.
- Agency partners (Path C or Path W): Business name, contact name, email, phone, and any notes you send when you apply on the Agency Partners page or contact form. Commission partners may also provide tax identification (for example W-9) before payout.
- Payments: Card payments are processed by Stripe. We receive payment status and billing email from Stripe; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Rescue Kit installs (Call Rescue and similar): Basic call and text metadata needed to run missed-call text-back and two-way relay (for example caller number, message timestamps). Content you send through the kit.
- Website logs: Standard web logs (Internet Protocol address, browser type, pages viewed) and optional Google Analytics when you accept cookies.
2. How we use information
We use information to deliver your Fix Report or kit, respond to support questions, send transactional email (order confirmations, payment receipts), operate Rescue Kit features, reduce spam (Cloudflare Turnstile on order forms), and comply with law. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Who processes data for us
We use service providers under contract, which may process data in the United States, including:
- Stripe — payment processing
- SendGrid — transactional email (order confirmations and founder alerts)
- Cloudflare Turnstile — bot protection on order forms
- Google Analytics 4 — optional marketing-site analytics when you accept cookies
- Twilio — voice and text messaging for Call Rescue Kit (when enabled for your install)
- Railway — hosting for order intake and kit runtime services
- Microsoft Azure — static website hosting for

4. Text messaging (Call Rescue Kit)
Program operator: EZ4YouTech.com LLC d/b/a BizRescue operates the Call Rescue Kit platform. Sender on the handset: the local service business using the kit. Recipients: end customers who called the business and did not reach a live answer, or who texted the business number first.
Opt-in: Customers opt in via the public form at https://www.bizrescuekit.com/legal/sms-opt-in/ by entering a mobile number and checking an unchecked consent box for BizRescue customer-care SMS. Full program disclosure: Call Rescue SMS Program. Hosted CTA evidence: SMS Opt-In Evidence.
Frequency: Typically one automated message per missed call; additional messages only if the customer replies by SMS. Message and data rates may apply.
Mobile numbers: We do not sell customer mobile numbers or share them with third parties for their marketing purposes. Numbers are used only to operate Call Rescue for the subscribing business and as described in this Policy.

5. Retention
Order records are kept while we fulfill your purchase and for reasonable backup, tax, and support periods. Kit call and text logs are kept as needed to operate your install and may be cleared when you end service. You may request deletion of order data by emailing connect@bizrescuekit.com, subject to legal and accounting obligations.
6. Security
We use Transport Layer Security encryption in transit, access controls on admin tools, and industry-standard practices for hosted services. No method is perfectly secure; use strong passwords on accounts you control and do not send passwords or payment card numbers in email.
7. Age restriction
Services are prohibited to individuals under 18 years of age. By using BizRescue Kits or placing an order, you certify that you are 18 or older. If you misrepresent your age, liability rests with you.
8. Cookies and analytics
When you use bizrescuekit.com, we may store a small amount of information in your browser.
- Theme preference (essential): If you change light or dark theme, we save that choice in your browser. This does not require analytics consent.
- Analytics cookies (optional): If you click Accept All on our cookie banner, we load Google Analytics 4 on this marketing site only. Google Analytics does not run unless you accept. Click Essential Only to skip analytics.

We use analytics only to improve BizRescue Kits and measure marketing effectiveness. We do not sell analytics data.
